Over the past nine years, this mock test has been highly successful in helping our students prepare for their 11+ exams.

About the Mock Test: The mock test will be conducted under conditions similar to the actual 11+ school exams. We have updated the test to reflect recent changes in the 11+ exams.

Benefits of the Mock Test:

1. Familiarisation with Exam Conditions: Students will experience the exam environment, reducing anxiety on the actual exam day.
2. Detailed Feedback: You will receive comprehensive feedback on your child’s performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
3. Benchmarking: Understand how your child performs compared to peers from different schools.
4. Practice in Realistic Settings: Students interact with new people and adapt to unfamiliar surroundings, sounds, and distractions.
5. Time Management: The test includes short breaks between exams, teaching students to manage their time and work under timed conditions.

Test Details:

Maths: This test features progressively challenging questions, mirroring the typical style of the 11+ exam. It begins with multiple-choice questions and transitions to more complex word-based problems.

English: This test includes a mix of multiple-choice and written-answer comprehension questions, covering both fiction and non-fiction texts. Additionally, it has a creative writing component.

Reasoning: This test is divided into verbal and non-verbal sections, but both are taken in a single sitting. We have also included creative comprehension and problem-solving tasks, as these are now part of some Atom exams.

• Venues and Times:
  • St Saviour’s Church, Wendell Park, London, W12 9LN
    • Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (this is a smaller venue and so Limited Availability – Only 5 Spots left! This is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis)
  • St Michael’s and All Angels Church, Priory Avenue, London, W4 1TX
    • Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM 
• Fees: £300 for all three tests
  • Preparation of test papers covering the broad 11+ curriculum
  • Simulated exam conditions to help children become accustomed to the environment
  • Marking of test papers with detailed feedback on strengths and weaknesses

The results and feedback will be emailed to you, and test papers will be posted to you.
